Information concerning currency, inclusions, exclusion, cancellation policy and payment arrangements.
Your english speaking driver takes you around the town but he does not accompany and explain you inside museums,
monuments and sites, because under the italian law only licensed guides are allowed to do that.
You will go inside museums, monuments and sites on your own, while your driver will be waiting for you outside
giving you enough time to visit each site.
Currency
All prices are expressed in European Currency, Euro ” € “. Payments accepted in US Dollars, Euro or T. Checks
Rates include
• Tolls, parking, luggage handling
• Driving guide service
• Use of vehicle
• Fuel and highway tolls
• Each additional hour will be charged as the per hour rate listed on our site.
The tour sequence may be altered to avoid congestions but always covering mentioned sights.
Rates do not include
• Client’s meals, food and beverages unless otherwise specified in the programs.
• Entrance fees to Museums or Monuments, gratuities.
• Ferry tickets where required.
• Anything not expressly mentioned as included.
Cancellation charges
The client may partially or completely cancel the booking at any time before departure.
However cancellation fees will be levied as follows:
• Cancellation 10 days before date of requested service: No Penalty.
• Cancellation 1 week before date and time of requested service: 50% Penalty
• Cancellation 48 hours before date and time of requested service: 70% Penalty.
• Cancellation 24 hours before date and time of requested service: 80% Penalty
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the service will be fully charged.
