This is the perfect tour to enjoy a very special introduction to one of Italy’s most beautiful Coastline – the Amalfi Coast – with your local expert driver who is proud to call this area home. Your private driver will pick you up at your Amalfi Coast location (Villa or hotel) and you will be free to choose two of the four proposed destinations: Sorrento, Amalfi, Ravello, Positano.

This will be the most scenic drive you will ever take: the perfume of the lemons, the locals, the sunshine and simply the atmosphere of the area will make you never want to say goodbye to the Amalfi Coast.

Sorrento is an attractive resort, nestled between the mountains and the Mediterranean sea. It is a peaceful place, with lemon groves, colored flowers, a spectacular cliff side and a lively old quarter. Here the souvenirs are a must, with a lot of fine workshop selling ceramics, lemon works and marquetry items, a longtime production of the town.

Positano is the ‘Fashion Star’ of the Coast. With its women’s fashion shops and its elegant atmosphere made up by white houses and narrow pedestrian-only alleys, sloping gently down towards the port, it is a dreamlike place which almost seems unreal. While there, don’t forget your camera: nice details and sceneries, perfect for your photo shoots will disclose on every corner.

Amalfi is probably one of the most famous towns along this coastline. The beautiful Cathedral of Amalfi just off the seaside promenade was founded in the 9th century and retains until today its original bell tower. This church went through a number of alterations and although much of the façade was rebuilt in the 19th century, part of the original structure can still be enjoyed today. During your visit there, don’t forget the Cloister of Paradise where you can admire one of the most charming and beautiful pieces of Norman/Arab architecture. You should take your time to explore the town too, with the picturesque little alleys and shops.

Just a short drive from Amalfi, Ravello is different to its neighboring towns and is actually located higher up the sea level. This small town has character, culture, art, history, great shops and pastry stores offering some of the best sweets of the coastal area. While there, you don’t have to miss a tour at Villa Rufolo, a beautiful 13th century Villa, beloved by artists and musicians of all time, such as Wagner. Just like Wagner, we are sure you will fall in love with it, enjoying the Moorish style courtyard and the breathtaking views from the terrace areas: it is the right place to take postcard shots of the area known as the Amalfi Drive.
