HOW CAN WE LOCATE OUR DRIVER ONCE WE ARRIVE?
- AT THE AIRPORT
Our driver will be waiting for you at the Airport in the arrival area holding a board with your name. Once you retire your luggage and you walk out the sliding doors you will see him.
During the reservation be sure to leave us your phone number. We will be monitoring the flight arrival time so you can be more than sure to find your driver there.
- AT THE STATION
Your driver will be waiting for you at the head of the train track holding a board with your name on. Be sure to communicate us the train number and the precise train station in Naples.
There’s Napoli Centrale and Napoli Afragola, these are two completely different stations!
Again, is very important to communicate us an eventual phone number in case of delays or else.
IS TIP INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Tip is not included in the quote. Gratuities are not mandatory in Italy, however, we believe that if client has received great service it’s nice to show appreciation.
Standard gratuities in Europe are between 10% up to 25%.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TOUR GUIDE AND A DRIVER GUIDE?
Driver guide can explain summary info about the areas you are visiting while licensed guides who studied the territory can give you more complete explanation and are allowed to accompany you in museums and so on.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR TRANSFER SERVICES?
Our fleet counts 35 vehicles of the newest models, equipped with free-wifi on board, water and refreshing towelettes.
WHICH KIND OF PAYMENTS DO WE ACCEPT?
You can pay in the way you prefer: we accept payments by card, cash, Paypal and more, and while other transfer and tour companies in Positano increase prices according to the type of payments, with us the price doesn’t change at all.
