Excursion Pompeii with shopping and lunch in Sorrento
Leaving from your hotel or villa our expert driver-guide will meet you, drive through the Sorrento Peninsula. After visiting the excavations which lasts about two hours we continue towards the Sorrentine Peninsula making a brief stop in Sorrento one of the most famous tourist centres in the region. The town lies on a ridge of high calctufa rocks overlooking the sea that gives visitors a splendid view of the Gulf of Naples.
In addition to natural beauty and artistic resources the town is famous for the production of mainly oranges and lemons from whose skin is an excellent product liquor "Limoncello”. Other economic activity is inlaid wood work which is a fundamental part of Sorrento.
